Mansion Entertainment Signs The Shireys To Exclusive Songwriting Agreement

Brentwood, TN (Mansion Entertainment) November 4, 2009 – Mansion Entertainment recently signed their first exclusive songwriting agreement with Nashville-based family group, The Shireys.       

Southern Gospel has a long standing tradition of family groups such as The Rambos, The Hinsons, The Happy Goodman Family, The Crabb Family and many others that are blessed with the talent to not only sing and play but to write their own songs. Add to that list these South Carolina natives; The Shireys. This family group has been singing and ministering for 30 years. Comprised of mom and dad, Darlene and Wayne, and daughters, Victoria and Rachael, this group has been traveling full-time since 2008. Mansion Director of Publishing John Mathis commented, “One of the highlights of this year’s National Quartet Convention was listening to The Shireys at an NQC showcase. I came away with that just-came-from-church-feeling! There is such a level of enthusiasm and believability about listening to a group that sings songs they have written. I’m really excited about sharing their music with others!”
